What You Should Expect

Caraval is a fast-paced, action-packed book. There are plenty of twists and turns, and you'll never know what's coming next. The book also serves romance and lots of tension between the couples. However, the romance is not plenty and at some point, I felt a bit disappointed like you get quite a bit of breadcrumbs between the couples.

It is still worth reading because of the amazing plot, likable characters, and the best part - the magical setting. Although, in the second book I felt like the ending was a bit rushed but the entire book surely did make up for it so I let it slide.

One of the things I really like about this book is its short chapters! You'll meet a cast of unforgettable characters, including Scarlett, Tella, Legend, and Julian. Even the side characters are fun to read about. Reading this you'll be swept up in a plot that will keep you guessing until the very end.

It's a great book, and absolutely perfect in my eyes despite the minor flaws. I love the vibes in the books, I love how it made me feel so it deserves 5 stars. If you're looking for a fast-paced, action-packed fantasy with a bit of romance, then you'll definitely enjoy it.
